Mr.Dilip Gotkhindikar from the Ashoka group of education conducting the Maths workshop for Vidnyan Vaahini.

The workshop was aranged at the Vidnyan Vaahini office in Barkatpura.

Mr.Gotkhindikar made the sessions very interesting by involving the participants in Mathematical games.

Seen in the pic is one student playing a game.

There were 2 teams and each team had to fill in either a 7 or 8 in the blocks on the board.The condition was that the team which places a number in a row,column or a diagonal leading to the sum of that row,column or diagonal being divisible by 3,loses.

The students highly enjoyed the game.

Vidnyan Vaahini had started covering 25 schools a month in one year of its completion of work.

It was decided to expand the areas which were covered by Vidnyan Vaahini.

we thought Maths would be a good area to expand in.

There was a Maths lab run by Ashoka group of education in Nasik.

Mr.Dilip Gotkhindikar ran this Maths lab in Nasik.

We decided to invite him to Hyderabad and conduct a Maths workshop for some teachers and students.

Thus,we organized a Maths workshop on the 11th and 12th of Feb.

Before attending the Marathi Vidnyan parishad on the 18th Dec,we halted in Nasik to see the Maths lab of AShoka education foundation.

The Lab was run by Dr.Dilip Gothkhindikar.

we spent about 2 hours at the lab studying the Math experiments.
